Distributing products to local supermarkets

Good morning fellow members and friends,

I have a sincere question on how do i distribute my products to NTUC, Cold Storage, GIANT and Sheng siong as a manufacturer?

does anyone have any experience on such businesses?

Do i have to go through a wholesaler or an importer?

or can i deal directly with these supermarkets?
