Surely President Tony Tan must ask this question or at least direct CPIB to investigate...... but alas, he has gone on holiday yet again.........

Why not? and maybe even more. One possible reason why A...I....m took on the tender is that having a software that cost $30 mil to develop there should be some buyers that out there. Being the legal owner, it can legally sell to developing countries (township) that are in need of such a administration software. The sales potential is huge vs 140K of peanuts.

The report of the investigation will be the highlight of my day, when it appears.
Wish there was another BE to relate it to.
