They have said it clearly: We will reach 16,000 dengue cases in SG soon.

But no one gives a flying fuck about dengue.

Even though some old folks have actually DIED of dengue.

Even though this particular strain of dengue has not been in SG for at least 2 decades!

That's because dengue is a African disease. Health authorities frown on diseases from Africa.
Covid on the other hand is from China. Anything ftom China garners attention.
