GermAny probably due your the humiliation they suffered in WWII. Want revenge.
English. The fight to dominate central asia, trans oxiana and Georgia. Just for the heck of it.
US. To show they are dominant.
Eastern Europe. The dark days of Soviet occupation.
Kaliningrad was actually German. I believe Gorbachev asked if Germany wanted it back but due to majority now Russian, they were happy with just east Germany.
