Current LED TVs Need Decoder Box For Future Digital Broadcast ?

i read that in 1 or 2 years' time, the tv broadcast will be in digital form and only newer IDTV no need decoder box but current TVs need........

so anyone know how much the decoder box costs ?

I dont think need to get extra decoder box. The starhub/mio you are using will do the descrambling for you already. Unless you do not subscribe to any, then you would need one.
