M Ravi had been stiring madness for years and lacks treatment at IMH, but he is capable of paining Ass Loong butt, so he is not put in IMH.

Obviously mad man supposed to be treated, but neglected and left to stir madness around.

Amos Yee obviously does not require IMH, but IMH is abused as LHL's tools of vengeance, to seek ventialtion of fued for Loong's dear DEAD DADDY.
