What happens if the PMDs get stolen? and why are PMDs exploding now? There is a new system in place but heaps of riders kpkb the new rules as they got the PMDs just before the announcement of the new policy. As such the owners of the exploding PMDs and the shops that sold it need to bear the responsibility and are such accidents covered by insurance
