I have a friend who went to Congo (Brazzaville) for work trips. The officials there are super corrupt, it is a norm to bribe them at the airport customs. Also, prostitutes prowl the office lobby and openly solicit for customers. Hotel guests were also warned to not leave the hotel compound alone.
