I think that Tiong family already owns the smaller mall next to Clementi Mall, Grantral Mall. Or is it another Tiong family? There's another 'Grantral Mall' next to Tai Seng MRT, across the road from Breadtalk HQ. :wink:

My prediction: Scarlett and at least one other Tiong eatery in Grantral Mall Clementi will move into Clementi Mall in the near future. Check if my prediction comes true in future. :cool:
