Mui Hoong's omission of the suggestion that those who can't afford should be given option to reject betrays her inner selfish and self-centredness character
There really should be a fourth choice, shouldn't it? Reject this ridiculous medisuck plan. That means that those who can afford and willing to pay, will be on this scheme. Those who cannot afford and don't wish to be included can reject. Why is this not suggested by PAPpy supporter Chua Mui Hoong? I will tell you why in plain simple terms.
If for whatever reason there is option for those who cannot afford to reject, it would mean an even smaller pool for the high risk guys to be insured. Most likely, those who already have pre-existing illnesses are now among the elderly and they cannot afford to pay high premiums anyway. So in all probability, if given a choice, they will reject.
