事發在星期五，據了解，一名57歲加大拿大籍擁有香港身份分證的兼職教師涉嫌趁休息時間，觸摸兩名6歲女童的身體，期間被其他人發現報警，警方同日拘捕該名外籍教師，他暫被控兩項非禮罪，星期一提堂。
