Local influencer Xiaxue puts Hougang HDB flat for sale for almost $1 million

Popular influencer Wendy Cheng, better known as Xiaxue, has listed her spacious 4-room executive flat in Hougang for $928,000.
The flat, which has been her home for 11 years, is located at Block 128 Lorong Ah Soo and spans a generous 142 square metres (1,528 square feet).
According to the PropertyGuru listing, the unit has 57 years remaining on its 99-year lease.
Xiaxue, famous for her candid blog posts and social media presence, gave a virtual tour of the home on social media, showcasing its features and its size, which she proudly claimed is "bigger than a five-room flat."
Potential buyers will also be intrigued by the flat’s unique design, including a guest bathroom that doubles as a potential hiding spot in case of a robbery – an idea that Xiaxue humorously suggested.
The flat is well-connected to public transport, with bus stops within a 5-minute walk and the Kovan MRT station just 17 minutes away.
