As for anti-ship, Chinese YJ-18 is divine and admitted by US as well as Russia. It is longest range, dual-speed, perfect trajectory, invincible.
It is not hypersonic because it is only MACH3.6 (hence below MACH5) at the final attack phase. Most part of it's long range (3X longer than Russian Club missile and yet shorter in physical size than it) it goes sea skimming sub sonic with turbojet engine. Hard to be detected by radar. When launched from warship it use 3 stages of engines, and go high->low->high->dive@target trajectory which is dream trajectory and perfection. From warship 1st stage is rocket booster to give it initial speed and altitude. Then it dumps the booster, and spreads out it's folded wings, and turn on fuel economical turbo jet engine to glide down to sea skimming level @about MACh0.9 the altitude adjusted according to sea condition and wave height. Journey can be as long as 30+ mins on 600km range. During which target ship is expected to have moved 10+km, but target tracking updates are received via command link. Then when it is 20+km apart from target it rise up altitude some 2000m and dumped away the turbojet engine, and start a MACH3.6 final rocket and turn on it's own internal radar to track and kill the target warship, this part only at the most 1~2 mins. When it dive at target it also maneuver an unpredictable trajectory to avoid interception by close-in defense system.

There is a bunch of STUPID CIVILIZED people expected PEACEFUL UNIFICATION just use the presence of these war toys to FORCE Taiwan give up and surrender with out bloodshed, and among these also measures like forcing UN & all nation to diplomatic cut tie with Taiwan, and economic pressure, and other CARROT + STICK measures.

Taiwan will be BIG PAIN IN THE ASS 50X MORE HARDER than HK to rule if not unified by war and carnage.
