Not true... my Chinese Singaporean friend adopted 2 Malay kids as babies from M'sia. Elder daughter is now working, son is in Poly. Very happy family.
Malay usually do not give away their children to non Muslim couples

Sinkies Malay also do not give their children to non Muslim
Because they are worried that their children will become Kafir once adopted by pork eaters

The two kids were adopted from an orphanage... either abandoned kids or parents died.
Most Singaporeans adopt children from Batam or Malaysia... bigger pool of unwanted kids
