沙特开放对华旅游签证，我大使馆提醒：女性外出须穿长袍

9月27日，沙特阿拉伯宣布对部分国家开放旅游签证，中国在开放旅游签证国家名单之中。
27日晚，驻沙特大使陈伟庆出席沙特开放部分国家旅游签证仪式，并接受中外媒体采访。
陈伟庆对沙特将中国列入开放旅游签证国家名单表示欢迎，相信沙特发展旅游业有助于实现“2030愿景”和经济多元化目标。
陈伟庆说，到沙特旅行要遵守当地法律法规、文化传统和社会习俗，从事工作、学习、朝觐等活动的人员必须办理与旅行目的相符的签证。建议大家仔细阅读有关规定和中国外交部、驻沙特使领馆发布的有关旅行提醒。
另外，中国驻沙特阿拉伯大使馆9月28日在官网发布赴《沙特旅游提醒》，提醒中国游客赴沙特旅游的注意事项、并提醒遵守当地宗教风俗，包括：女性外出时一般须穿长袍，但不强制配戴头巾；男士在公共场所不得袒胸露背或穿着无袖上衣、不过膝短裤。

《提醒》全文如下：
一、沙特旅游签证注意事项
（一）旅游签证仅颁发给18岁以上成年人，未成年人申请需得到监护人的同意。
（二）旅游签证仅适用于短期赴沙观光旅游，赴沙从事工作、学习、医疗、朝觐等其他活动的外国公民，须办理与入境目的相符的签证。（三）在签证有效期和停留期内停留，逾期居留将被处罚款。
二、入境须知
（一）沙特为传统伊斯兰教国家，禁止进口或携带如猪肉、酒类等非清真食品入境；其他违禁品还包括未经许可的新闻出版物，含有暴露、色情内容的音像制品（如光盘、移动硬盘等）及印刷品，武器，烟花，电子烟，包含窃照装置的手表、笔、眼镜、飞机等。详情可访问沙特海关网站：https://www.customs.gov.sa/ar/general/Prohibited-goods。
（二）入境沙特随身携带数额超过60000里亚尔（或等值金融流通工具、外币）的现金，价值超过3000里亚尔的商品（含礼品、自用物品），超过200支香烟或500克烟草制品，以及无人机、药品等需相关主管部门批准的受限制物品时，须向沙特海关部门申报。
（三）沙特对于携带、贩卖毒品者可判处死刑。如需携带中成药或较大剂量个人用药入境，建议提供医生处方。

三、风俗禁忌
（一）禁止在公共场所从事除伊斯兰教之外的宗教活动。
（二）女性外出时一般须穿长袍，但不强制配戴头巾；男士在公共场所不得袒胸露背或穿着无袖上衣、不过膝短裤。
（三）沙特严格禁酒，所有餐馆、宾馆均不供应酒精类饮料。饮酒者如被抓获，将遭监禁、鞭刑等刑罚，并处罚款。对购买、私酿酒品或酒后驾车者，亦将处以重刑。
（四）沙特斋月期间，除老人、小孩、病人、孕妇等特殊人群外，所有穆斯林在日出至日落期间禁止饮水、进食、吸烟等，境内非穆斯林在禁食时段不得在公共场所或穆斯林面前饮水、进食和吸烟，不得提供可现场消费的食品饮料，否则可能面临遣返等处罚。
四、参观游览提示

First, Saudi tourist visa considerations
