The reality is that china do not reveal much truth to the media. All the western media just make wild guesses and also propagandize. There are still a lot of people esp china woman do not have passport or id card. One of the loophole to able to give more birth. When they grow up, they earn enough money and buy passport or id card.
Village there no control of birth. Village can give more birth but not as many as last time. I fk zhuang gals another minority and they totally look like chinese yellow skin. Cant tell the difference unless she speak the zhuang language. She told me zhuang tribe and chinese tribe are the same. Only uyghur and turks tribe that does not look like chinese in china i suppose.
