PAP can go buy this fish Farming ship.... and farm fishes in sail in deep sea...... self reliance and China FT create jobs.... Indian FT steal jobs....

I had a similar idea but using discarded supertankers.
The inner cargo tankers of super tankers and all cargo pipes and pumps removed, leaving the outer hull which should be free from contamination And toxic residue.

It will be organically cleansed and rinsed.
The bacteria eventually ended up as food fir other creatures.
