Im not religious and know nothing about books of worship....but i remember reading the ecclesiastes reference earlier, altho i got the verse wrong....big fuckin deal.

I think it's an oblique reference and hard to directly prove....he could just say he was reciting the bible for strength....plus i guess they dont want any more sympathy a la roy boy....so he just got a warning.

The thing that got him off is that its seen as insinuation, not uh, derisory.
