A MAN was charged in a magistrate's court on Wednesday with importing a toy gun into Singapore without approval of the Commissioner of Police.
Low Yong Quan, 27, a debt collector, is alleged to have committed the offence at Changi Airport on March 20.
He asked for time to settle his personal affairs.
The case will be mentioned on Aug 26.
If convicted, he faces a fine of up to $100,000 or three times the value of the item or a jail term of up to two years or both.
