Another Minister good at chut pattern is the man who hopes to become PM 1 day - Chan Chun Sing.
What does Minister Chan Chun Sing say? How much do they want? $3000 a month? That is an insult to the poor and the needy. That is an insult to those familes and elderly who are struggling. He says $300 is a bribe! We have a Minister earning millions of dollars, in charge of social services saying that giving $300 to the needy is a bribe. That ladies and gentlemen is an INSULT.
$300 dollars a month is a bribe, but Temasek and GIC spending our money like no tomorrow with no accountability, now that's perfectly alright.
