CECA killed in road rage incident

CECA Gavin Dasaur was shot dead by a pickup driver he approached with a gun in hand.
Indianapolis law enforcement arrested and then released the shooter. Investigations ongoing.

Looks like Indianapolis is unlike Indian police.
