STOMPer Smith Tan wonders why this small footpath needs over a month to complete. The path has been cleared for over two weeks already, and currently stands in an unfinished state.

In an email the STOMPer expressed his frustration:

"This footpath is near the Block 676 Jurong West Street 64 multi-storey carpark.

"The excavation work for the footpath has been finished since two weeks ago.

"When I asked West Coast Town Council today (June 11), the officer said it would only be finished at the end of June 2010.

"Why does the Town Council need so much time for one small footpath?"
