Car or pedestrian at fault ?

Hougang ave 4 turn right into upper Serangoon road toward city. It a two lanes right turn.

Confirm driver fault. Pedestrian signal flashing. Vehicle suppose to stop.
 
Driver fault, even if the light is in favour of the driver, this show that the driver eyes are not on the road.
 
it is a case of monkey see, monkey do. driver of white car saw the lorry accelerating and thought it was safe to proceed as well, but failed to see the pedestrian who just cleared the lorry's path.

KNN correct KNN some ft converted drivers are not familiar with discretionary right turn with pedestrians and tp just issue illegitimate license to them so more fault lies with tp than the driver KNN my uncle ever been a passenger inside a chiobu msian ft converted license and she got into the same incident as this case KNN
 
pedestrian light still counting down. pedestrian becums pedestrain with these 3rd world drivers. many in sillycon valley.
