Construction ah neh blocked road, without traffic controller. This is violation LTA road works permit rules and MOM safety rules. No safety officer watching traffic.
BMW ah neh act blur, as if her problem is mine? KNN!
BMW Ah Neh woman act blur as if she did not know that she was driving on WRONG SIDE OF ROAD! As if her problems were mine!
As she was driving against traffic, I should had gone forward and hit, and claim her insurance and she will get 12 driving demerit points plus paying higher insurance premiums in future.
