These are the characters that the bank refuses to finance.... for obvious reasons.

When you see returns in excess of 15% ANYWHERE in the world, alarm bells should start ringing.

A consistent, low risk, 15% return is the dream of every money manager. If such investments were as low risk as the adverts make them out to be, just about every investment and retirement fund manager would be pouring millions in, paying out 10% and pocketing the delta.
