Meanwhile airbnb dominates with no competition and making huge amount of money. Collect fees weeks in advance. Dictates to owners how much percentage they receive. Changing dominian of city centres where apartments used for long term rentals are changed to short term stays with higher profit to property owners. And these property owners are actually expanding by buying even more properties. I don't see grab and uber drivers buying more cars.
