Haha, you are a typical ex Malaysian/Singaporean always thinking of making money business. GTA/TCanada is not for you man, IMO U may want to consider packing up and head for China. Canada winter is too harsh for you. Have you start to shoving snow already? Be careful you can get heart attack n stroke w/o you knowing it . Enjoy your first Winter pal !!

No way man! Too risky b4 you even started, your investment is already gone especially they offer you an unpopular location waiting to catch big Canadian mosquitoes.
Better off operating a Gas station or Motels business like the Paki and Hindi.
