Two people have been killed after a shooting at an outdoor party in Toronto.
Bullets were fired from a number of guns into a crowd of about 200 people.
Nineteen people, including a young child under the age of three, suffered gunshot
wounds and other injuries caused by the ensuing panic.
The two victims were a teenage girl and a man believed to be in his early twenties.
Police say they are holding one "person of interest", but are appealing to public
for information on other suspects.
The incident happened during a barbecue at around 11 o'clock in the evening local
time.
It is believed an argument broke out, leading to different people firing weapons.
People were rushed for emergency treatment to a number of hospitals across the
city, whilst those with minor injuries were treated in ambulances.
