Old auntie gambled in MBS casino, fell and sent to hospital with thousand dollars of cash chips with her. Asked son-in-law to return to casino to exchange chips for cash to meet medical expenses. Son-in-law refused to pay 100 dollars as he was not there to gamble. MBS reiterated that the entry fee was charged by government and could not be waived. Old auntie appealed. Any compassionate ground to waive or not? Can the ken kau liow son-in-law be escorted into the casino or law by law must pay and who is to consider such peculiar appeal, ministry of Finanace, casino regulatory authority or MBS you guess.

The old auntie wanted to gamble that's her business. If she dies in the casino that's also her business.

Ministar visiting MBS for function also pay. No exception!
Too bad. This is Sinkieland. :D:D:D

That's right casino is a business and not a charity organization .

ask the maid, if any, to do it.. free for her

Good idea, Wendy. Can you help to draft the reply for MBS. But auntie would need few more son-in-laws to be deployed at the few entry/exit ponts to intercept the maid when she exits from the casino to collect back her passport and most importantly the money.

I am quite certain there are exceptions made. This case qualifies as one.

no need reply anything anyone what. just give the chips to the maid, ask her to in and cash them and wait for her at the door

Wendy, more than one entrance to enter/exit the casino. One near to the food court hor.

I believe there are no exceptions. What is even worse is that the auntie left the casino with the casino's chips. That is a no-no. Casinos do not allow patrons to walk out with casino chips to avoid syndicates counterfeiting their chips.
