I find this situation totally ironic.
The daily levy of $100 applies to the public for entry into RWS and MBS. On the other hand, the ordinary and the poorer segments of society (union members) somehow do not need to pay the levy if they gamble at the NTUC Clubs. Is this an intended loophole or what ? Any of you out there can explain because the poor will suffer more due to the easy accessibilty?
