can cyberbullies here destroy other's blogs?

i know they can use others' real personal names to create blogs to spite their victims but do the same cyberbullies of cowards be able to destroy blogs?

just to let everyone knows how the forummers here - singaporereans presumably - have deteriorated themselves into such lowly state.

very sad and pathetic!:(
