My eyes not so good already. Everything too small.

A few clues I can see though. Vehicles are European. Mainland Europe too. Also cannot be Anglo countries cause driving on the right side.

The level of road development suggests a heavily trafficked corridor near major population centres and a reasonable level of development. However, it's unlikely to be Germany, because the Germans would never stop and reverse liddat.

It's not Italy because I don't know of any 5 lane highways there. It could be France or something further East. The trees also exclude the Nordic countries.

So as a guess, France, Belgium?
