　　诞生：汶川大地震之殇

　　今年是汶川地震10周年，当时8级地震发生后，震区地面通信网络全面瘫痪，由于中国没有自己的移动通信卫星系统，只能租用国外的卫星电话抗震救灾。而国际上的移动卫星系统已经形成了多个覆盖全球或区域性的移动通信系统，不仅广泛应用于个人通信、海洋运输、远洋渔业、航空客运等领域，而且在遭受地震、洪水、霜冻等自然灾害情况下能够实现无障碍通信并确定位置。

　　汶川地震后，中国启动了自主移动通信卫星系统的立项论证，决心填补国家在卫星移动通信领域的空白。2010年，中国航天科技集团空间技术研究院提前启动研制攻关，并为中国第一颗高轨移动通信卫星起了一个响亮的名字——“天通一号01星”。

　　2016年8月6日 00时22分，天通一号01星在西昌卫星发射中心通过长征三号乙运载火箭成功发射升空，这是我国卫星移动通信系统首发星。天通一号卫星移动通信系统，是我国自主研制建设的卫星移动通信系统，也是我国空间信息基础设施的重要组成部分。

　　天通卫星覆盖范围广，通信能力强，服务无盲区。实现中国全境及领海、第一岛链以内；中国周边区域，西太平洋、印度洋全面覆盖，实现祖国的任何角落随时、随心、随需的通信。

　　拥有具有自主知识产权的“中国版海事卫星”，中国就可以打破国际壁垒，更好地实现安全自主可控、更好地服务于个人及组织用户，推动经济和社会发展。

　　这一功能的实现全靠着一颗被称为“天通一号”的国产卫星，这颗卫星可不简单，这是中国第一颗地球同步轨道移动通信卫星，又被称为中国版海事卫星。

　　大家知道，海事卫星是用于海上和陆地间无线电联络的通信卫星，集全球海上常规通讯、遇险与安全通讯、特殊与战备通讯于一体的实用性高科技产物。

　　海事卫星在我国历次重大自然灾害和紧急突发事件中都是救灾一线的基础保障，发挥着应急通信在关键时刻的关键作用。比如1998年的特大洪灾、2003年新疆巴楚-喀什、内蒙古地震、2008年南方特大雪灾、四川汶川地震灾害事故救援等。

　　国家对此高度重视，2010年由航天科技集团空间技术研究院对此进行攻关，2011年我国首个卫星移动通信系统——“天通一号”卫星移动通信系统工程正式启动。

　　2016年8月6日，“天通一号”01号星在西昌卫星发射中心通过长征三号乙运载火箭发射入轨，成为我国首颗地球同步轨道移动通信卫星。此后经过两年的运行试验，中国电信终于在近期首次面向商用市场开始放号，填补了我国自主移动通信的空白。

　　天通一号卫星是基于“东方红四号”卫星平台研制的，发射重量5400公斤，定点在东经101.4度，设计寿命12年。这颗卫星拥有109个国土点波束，已经实现了我国领土、领海、一岛链以内区域覆盖。同时，该卫星还有两个海域波束，覆盖太平洋西部（二岛链内）和印度洋北部（孟加拉湾、安达曼海），可同时支持100万用户使用。
