Cabbie allows cousin to rape teen in his taxi

A cabbie was arrested after his cousin raped a 15-year-old girl in his taxi in China.
The driver Li Wenkai, 26, witnessed the rape but did nothing to help the victim.
He even helped his cousin brother to cover up his crime.
At 5am on New Year's Eve last year, the teenager boarded a train from Beijing to Wenzhou, Zhejiang.
She boarded the taxi to go to the bus station to take a bus to her workplace. A man was seated on the front passenger’s seat.
A few minutes later, the passenger moved to the back and started talking to the teenager but she ignored him.
Then, he molested her in the cab, but the taxi driver did not do anything to stop the man even when he started to rape her.
After the rape, they dumped the girl at the bus station.
The girl was crying hysterically and passers-by stopped to ask her what had happened. They helped her lodge a police report.
Three months later, the rapist, Li Wenchen, 31, was arrested. He was eventually sentenced to seven years and six months' jail.
Wenkai then ran away. He was arrested recently.
