A taxi passenger in a taxi was charged in court yesterday with punching and abusing a teenage driver who had collided with the taxi he was in. Briton Alan Benjamin Maybury, 33, allegedly threw punches at the face of polytechnic student Lum Kwok Weng, causing the 19-year-old to suffer mild swelling and a 0.5cm cut.

Another case of a foreign scumbag committing an offence in the island. Scumbags like him think sinkieland is still their former colony to do as they like.

As long the pappies do not deport foreign scums who have committed offences in the island, these scums will turn the country into their cowboy town.

Briton Alan Benjamin Maybury, 33, allegedly threw punches at the face of polytechnic student Lum Kwok Weng, causing the 19-year-old to suffer mild swelling and a 0.5cm cut.

He also faces a second charge of hurling expletives at Mr Lum, causing him alarm.
The incident took place along South Buona Vista Road at about 1.30am on Nov 30.
An earlier report says that Mr Lum had taken his mother's Toyota Camry for a spin with a schoolmate when he was involved in the accident that Sunday morning.
Maybury's passport has been impounded. The case is fixed for a pre-trial conference on March 10.
If convicted, he could be jailed for up to two years and/or fined up to $5,000 for causing hurt.
The maximum penalty for using abusive words under the Protection from Harassment Act is a $5,000 fine and six months' jail.
