A bus driver pleaded guilty yesterday to buggery with a dog — in what is believed to be the first case of
its kind in Ireland.
Sean McDonnell, 57, admitted buggery with a German Shepherd, at a house in Patrickswell, Co Limerick.
The dog in question remains in quarantine.
P.S. The British's English term buggery is very close in meaning to the term sodomy.
