It would really be dreadful if these Cheena projects become ghost towns. Imagine tourists coming in via causeway n the first thing they see is an abandoned building on the left n a ghost condo on the right. All the Cheena supporters in this forum better buy more units now that it is lelong sale now. N save the Cheena developer a$$. Pls do your jb folks proud by buying more units to avoid the condo from being a ghost town. Even if it means lousy fengshui with two toilets in the middle design units

Yup. Location is the key. Danga Bay area is one of the best compare to Eco Spring at north tebrau near ulu tiram and Eco Tropics near Masai.
