I know that many of you are behind in your conservancy fees, and in fact, the past 6 months due is over $1 million. You pay management fees of over $4 million a year to whoever manages your estates. But wait a minute, what is the purpose and role of Town Councillors then? If they are not there to manage the TC, then what are they there for? If they are there to manage the estates, then why do they still have to pay $4 million Plus to 3rd party management? without further ado, lets start the guessing game. How many Town Councillors do you think there are? Remember too that your conservancy fees pay for their allowances and other benefits and perks.
