we are aware murali started his political journey in bb when he served under the late occ for many years. he wasn't fielded as a candidate then. maybe murali and the pap can explain why it took this 'heavyweight' so long to enter politics as a PAP candidate in aljunied grc. was there some 'blockade' in the past? nothing to do with his father's past though. all along he's been close to shan in A&G, and yet it took him so long to stand for elections. can someone connect the dots?

I think Murali is lucky. The age would indicate that he was not in the running. Aljunied where he contested for the first time was not something they were confident of. Thats why they puled out Ong Ye Kung from there. BB was unexpected and the fact that Tharman was there helped him.

In the off chance that he falters, it will also signal the end of his political career. So BB residents please vote Murali as he not young like Seetoh.
