Dear The Real Singapore,
I just come across a video showing Brunei is building bungalow as public housings for their citizens. And I wish to share it out for people to see.
For those who do not understand Chinese in the video footage.
All the houses shown in it are Brunei PUBLIC HOUSING.
A water kelong cost NT 190K which is SGD 8K.
A bungalow cost NT 2 million which is SGD 83K.
The bungalow mortgage loan can be up to 30 years and totally interest free.
You can even move in and stay for three months free as a test drive before you commit to it.
It's LARGE as you can see in the video.
They did mention their electricity and water bills are DIRT CHEAP TOO EVEN IF YOU ON THE AIR CON FOR 24 HOURS.
Monthly mortgage for their house is NT 5000 which is SGD 210 per month.
Monthly pub and water bill is NT 200 which is SGD 8 per month.

While a two room flat here cost SGD 200k onwards.
The intention of submitting this up is not to attack Singapore HDB public housing policy. It is merely to share and do public awareness.
Singaporeans do you feel you are blessed to live here or cursed after watching this news footage?
