Brothers charged with having sex with minor

Two brothers were brought to court on Tuesday to face charges of causing a 12-year-old girl to perform oral sex on them three years ago.
Choong Woon How, 30, unemployed, faces two counts of sexual penetration of a minor at a flat in the north on Jan 8 and 17, 2009, while his brother, Woon Fah, 26, a bartender, is accused of one charge on Jan 8 that year.
They were told by District Judge Lim Tse Haw not to approach the victim while out on police bail.
The case was adjourned to April 2.
