We often hear that the British empire, a governor in Singapore, built roads, trains and housing and turn into a modern city Singapore. Much of praises of their good governance in Singapore.

Whereas compared the Dutch colonized Indonesia did not do much for the locals. So was the French did not do much in Vietnam and Micronesia. Then u hv the Spanish did nothing much to the Phillipines people too.

Yes, these westerners were not drug lords like the English bastards who monopolized the opium trade. They are not wealthy unlike the British empire English bastard stuffed with plenty of drug money free to spend like water.

The English bastards used drug money to build Singapore. Shared of Common wealth they say to built Singapore into a modern 20th century city in the East. So was hong kong built into modern city from opium drug money too.

Who has more shame of their history among these westerners that colonized Asia in the 1700 to 1900 period.

Try living under spanish, french, dutch, mongol or muslim imperialist as a conquered subject. The brits were not perfect, but as conquerors or colonial masters, they were a lot better than any other foreign conqueror.

Depending on the territories and governor. They did well in HK, they implemented universal healthcare, almost free for HK citizens, including medicine prescribed by doctor, x-ray, ambulance service since 30 years ago.

They perfected that drug trafficking crime. From poppy seeds to growing and harvesting opium to monoploy of the drug trade targeting China.

As I said the Spanish were not drug lords but traders and can only buy from the sole supplier the English bastards.

Of course aby country that monoploy drug trade has stuff of dirty money available can do a lot better than others.

Plenty of dirty money from drug trade can do magic free things here and there. Any countries that are drug lords like the English bastards can do better than the English.
