When she stopped doing the laundry and cooking due to her advanced parkinson's we had no choice but to let her go. She did receive 2 bottles of cooking oil and a bag of peanuts as severance.
I follow dictum from the top....when you are useless and unable to contribute you are out. We only help if you help yourself....got it?
