Birds flew in to tell me that Holland Bukit Timah Area is full of rats, cockroaches, mosquitoes and is very very dirty. Don't know how hawker centers are cleaned too? WHo is in charge leh? Can the CSI team be sent to show the real state of affairs? I do not think NEA with corruption scandal and overspending people can appraise the situation.
