Seven men have been injured during a large brawl in south-west Sydney with some suffering gun shot and stab wounds, police say.
About midnight (AEDT) Monday police were called to reports of up to 100 people in MacBeth Way at Rosemeadow near Campbelltown, some of whom were brawling.
"Upon arrival police located three men suffering stab wounds and two men suffering head injuries," police said in a statement.
"A short time later police located two more injured men in a car in Julius Road.
"One man had suffered a gun shot wound to the back, the second man suffered a gun shot wound to the buttock."
The seven men were taken to hospital for treatment.
The large scale of the brawl meant a police riot squad was called to the scene, with a helicopter and dog squad members also on hand.
Detectives will continue to investigate the brawl and are seeking information from the public.
