Running from pillar to post to stop inconsiderate parking

I WOULD appreciate it if the Traffic Police and Land Transport Authority (LTA) can act together quickly to end my misery.
I live in MacPherson Garden Estate, where many drivers from the neighbourhood come to park their cars. Their inconsiderate parking causes inconvenience to my family and my neighbours. To make matters worse, these cars are sometimes parked over the weekend and I cannot drive my car out of my driveway.
I have highlighted this to LTA many times and the feedback is always to tell the Traffic Police and they will discuss with the estate chairman.
Following LTA's advice, I told the Traffic Police. To my surprise, when the Traffic Police came, they said there was obstruction but they could do nothing due to no enforcement line. They advised me to inform LTA.
These incidents have been repeated for months and countless times. I hope the authorities can act together quickly.
