Break 13 bonus into two payout

Any comments if company pay out 13 months bonus into 2 half ?

i.e. December 08 : 50% follow by after Chinese new year 50%

Not sure if you are referring to 13th month AWS or 13 months of bonus ! wow !

Whether it's paying in full or 2 months...it's better than none, right?

If not, may have issues with cashflow or may be concerned about staff retention.
