If you (Botak Kojab) had not written that email to his father (turned out to be uncle), then Uncle How would be out of the picture.
This will force the rich Eric How to make a statement publicly, to clear his own name and that of his family, assuming he is not a member of YPAP. He will need to make a police report too.
Assume Teo of YPAP comes forward to say that the Eric How who posted the remark is an impersonator, but an imposter of who?? Since the rich Eric How is not a YPAP member, then it has nothing to do with YPAP. However, since the remark is posted on YPAP FB by the rich Eric How, Teo cannot say the rich Eric How is an imposter, because he will not know or is forced to pretend that he did not know, since the rich Eric How is not a YPAP member. So, he cannot talk about impersonation as the Eric How who posted the remark must be assumed to be the real rich Eric How, since anyone can post on YPAP, not just YPAP members.
Now, the HDB Eric How made a police report that someone is impersonating him, but then that report cannot stick because no one is impersonating him as the details of the Eric How's profile is not his details so there is no basis for him to make a police report.
So, the internet continues to say the rich Eric How had made the remark on the YPAP FB, but the remark and profile had been deleted since.
To squash the internet public naming him as the Eric How making that remark, the "real" rich Eric How will most likely have to make the police report himself rather than his Uncle making it, since his Uncle was never sent an email by you, so he is not in the picture.
When the real rich Eric How make the police report, he will have to explain how he knew that his name was mentioned on the YPAP and why that profile was not his. To clear his name, he will have to take his own created profile to court for defamation consequently in the police report. (Assuming the profile was really created by him).
The internet public will just need to sit back and wait for his investigations to clear his own name. Until he can show concrete evidence to clear his name and his family's name, the internet public will just continue to say Eric How's FB profile is him.
Notice that he can see the profile is not him and the internet public can say it is him because the internet has screenshots and members' communication with the FB Eric How. So, both sides are not out of line and cannot be sued for defamation, since the one who will be sued will be the person who created the FB Eric How's account and posted the callous remark. The internet public is just commenting and reporting on the callous remark.
