The senior people in the govt especially the ministers are amongst the least productive people in Singapore, because they are not cheaper, better and faster. Need to slash PAP ministers pay and benefits by at least 50% to help boost productivity in Singapore.

The biggest welfare recipients in Singapore are the president and PAP ministers, they are sucking millions of public money into their own pockets without any accountability and productivity. The lower level civil servants are doing all the work at much lower salaries, while the top level people get paid big bucks to do very little.

govt has set excellent example of how to score productivity gains: 2 ministers in 1 ministry; bloated 2nd & 3rd liners amounting to 59 MPs holding offices!! during LKY initial years full ministers get $3000 pm...NOW????
so what moral authority has LHL to tell other org to shape up or ship out??
