The more moles like Tin Tin are there the better is it for the Alternative Parties. It shows that PAP's definition for talent is too narrow ie. all must be "Yes Man" or "Yes Women" and parrot what the ministers or the Prime Minister said. Or they believe there are talents in the form of those ministers' son, working in civil service, SAF or NTUC... People join the PAP to get business contacts, priority in housing and popular primary schools, and free parking. Even 1.6 million for entry level ministers also fail to get high calibre people to join PAP. Something must be dirty and wrong inside the PAP so those real talents that want to see changes in Singapore tend to avoid it.
